Ich habe mir ein Kindl Paperwhite gekauft, die Hülle dafür habe ich mir selber entworfen und genäht.
Ich finde die viel schöner als die gekauften.

Zur Information

Ich habe lange hin und her überlegt was für ein Name ich meinen Puppen und Teddybären geben kann.

Irmi's Teddy-Atelier war die erste Seite die ich erstellt habe.

Ich habe viel probiert, da waren Fingerhut und Schürze, SyAtelier, Sycountrysideliving. Das alles ist einfach zu viel und wird immer verwirrender.
So habe ich mich entschlossen ich bleibe bei Irmi's Teddy-Atelier und teile diesen Blog in Gruppen,
SyPuppen und SyTeddybären.

Andere Sachen die ich nähen, backen, kochen oder im Garten machen werde, werde ich auf der Home Seite meines Blogs legen.

For you information

My first page was Irmi's Teddy-Atelier.
I was thinking to make separate pages for my dolls and bears.
For example Fingerhut und Schürze, SyAtelier, SyCountrysideliving but that is to much and drives your crazy.
So I decided to put everythink on Irmi's Teddy-Atelier and create extra pages.
For things like cooking, baking, sew and garden work, i will put on the home page.

A new Frechdachs arrived

A new Frechdachs arrived today. 
Her name is "Liesl" she likes to go out in the forest.
She is 13" ( 33 cm) standing.
She is filled with antiallergic fiber fill.

I want to show you some work steps.

This doll is not made for children under 3 years.

Meet "Frieda"

Meet "Frieda" my new doll. 
It is a kind of Waldorf.
She measured 11" (30cm) standing, weight light and soft.
I made her after my own pattern, her eyes and mouth are handstiched.
Her cloth made from my own idea and pattern, knitted, crochet and sewed.
Her hair is made from wool.

Fabric: cotton interlock
Filling: anti allergic fiber fill

The doll isn't for children under 4 years.

Patchwork place mat

I have a big bunch of fabric scraps. So I was thinking...! What can I going to do?

Place mat...., that is a great idea!

I cut out 12 quarter 4"x 4" (10x10cm)

The difficult part was to find the right color pieces.

Done!!!

NEW TEDDY BEAR

A new handmade teddy bear, his name is "Otto", he likes gardening.
He is a cute little teddy bear made from black/grey pepita wool fabric.
I filled the teddy with anti allergic fiber fill.
"Otto" is fully jointed and has safety eyes.
I made him from my own pattern.
He is wearing a blue jeans overall and a little blue scarf.

Measurements:  sitting       8 1/4" (21cm)
                           standing  11" (28cm)


He is a collectors item therefor he is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

Teddy or Doll Dress Tutorial / Teddy-oder Puppenkleidchen Tutorial

Hier seht Ihr ein Schnittmuster für ein Teddy-oder Puppenkleidchen.
Für eine Teddy-oder Puppengrösse ca. 26 cm.
Das Schnittmuster ist von mir selber entworfen.
Das Kleidchen ist genäht aus einem Fat Quarter, 100% Baumwolle.
Zum schliessen des Kleidchens habe ich Klettband verwendet.

This pattern is for a teddy or doll size 10" (26cm).
It is my own pattern, designed by myself.
I made it from a fat quarter, 100% cotton. 
On the back I used Velcro to close the dress.
